Law (rules of offenders breaking curfews)

The Criminal Justice Act of 2003 is that act which has been stated by the parliament of United Kingdom. It is a wide range measure that has been introduced in order to modernize different areas of criminal justice system in England. The law has also been practicing different parts of Scotland and Ireland but in lesser extent. There are many laws that govern the society and protect it from the various law offenders. All those people who break the curfew laws are sentenced to imprisonment. In 2003, Anti-Social behaviour fact was created in United Kingdom that applied in different zones that permitted the police to escort minors who are below the age of 16 after 9PM even if the vu tired you’re not. But the high court has brought in some changes in the law and order that they cannot for someone to come along with them until and unless he wishfully wants to be escorted.

In United Kingdom, curfew bell rings and nobody is allowed to leave his house after 8:00 PM from Michaelmas to the Lady Day. Tradition and all different people who are breaking this tradition are sent the practice of old behind the bars. There are different laws that states whole person will be punished or penalized according to the kind of crime committed. There are some severe laws as well that can lead to the imprisonment of a lifetime if a person disobeys the laws set by the government.
